Applying emotional intelligence
The further a leader progresses in an organisation the more their emotional intelligence has an impact on their own and their team’s results. Finely tuned soft skills like self-awareness, influence, agility and resilience are vital for leading and managing diverse teams of people. Research has proven that a leader’s emotional intelligence is key to these skills which is why the Australian government has made Emotional Intelligence a core unit of competency in the Diploma of Leadership and Management.
Our one day Applying Emotional Intelligence course provides leaders with practical tools and techniques for applying emotional intelligence in the leadership of others. Participants undertake the internationally recognised Genos Emotional Intelligence assessment as pre-work and receive their results and assistance in responding to them on the course.
