Research has proven that a leader’s emotional intelligence is key to their capacity to facilitate emotions in others that drive high performance and employee engagement. In this half day introductory course leaders learn about the science of emotions and emotional intelligence and explore practical tools and techniques for applying these learnings for their own personal development and in the leadership of others.
